Food is something that has always been and will continue to be a big part of our daily living as a human. During the years of rapid growth, it is really important that each one of us should get enough nutritious food to meet our increasing energy needs.

Besides of  eating some of each of the seven basic foods everyday. We may also need to eat certain extra amounts of energy-giving  as rice, butter, fortified margarine, macaroni, ice cream and etc.

However,we should always bear in mind that these energy foods should be properly. It should be eaten in addition - not in of place-such essential foods like milk, fruits, vegetable, wholes grains and other more nutritious any food.

       THE IMPORTANCE
              OF  FOOD

As a human being we really need to eat food for us to survive , that’s why food are important to all of us. Just like our creator , foods also need to be respect .Also eating time, this is the time that they are in one place.

We must think always that we are lucky because we can eat three times a day and the food that we eat was clean, not like other people sometimes  they cannot  eat food three times a day and also there are  some people get their food in the garbage.

And if your food is too much for your family don’t throw it anywhere because there are many people that need foods. Instead of throwing it anywhere, you give it to the person that needs food.

That why we must always remember how foods important to us and don’t forget that we are so lucky that we have enough foods to eat for us to survive and have a good health.

    RICE

Rice is a keystone of the grass family that produces an immense number of grains consumed by humans. This kind of native cereal grows not only in Asia but also to the other countries like Africa and India.
Rice is known as one of the good carrier of nutrients, as it serves as a staple food of more than half of the population world-wide, most especially to the Filipinos. Ever since, Filipinos used to eat rice and considered it as part of their daily living. For them, it won’t really matter if they do not have any viand as long as rice is there, their meal still be complete.

Food Sanitation

Foods are seems to be man’s best friend or shall we say a life saver. But before we call it as a life saver, we should always make sure that our food is germ free. Food sanitation is the best way to protect our food. It’s three word definition is “protection from contamination” or it could also be: “sanitation is a way of life.”
Food sanitation requires:
1. Facilities - where all materials used for processing is stored in different areas according to their uses.
2. Personal Hygiene – personnel should be aware of this. They should wear their hairnets and if they have cuts, wounds, etc. they should cover it with clean and waterproof dressing.
3. Cleansing – clean all the facilities every day and clean also the equipment.
4. Sanitation – to protect the food you should put your waste into the bins and if possible keep he food covered and stored in the containers.
5. Safe Clothing and Work Practice – make sure that only the allowed personnel are inside in the processing room. Do not wear slippers, jewelry and loose clothing.
6. Operating Machinery – do not allow any people enter the machinery rooms. Only one person should operate the machine and make sure that when start the machine he\she know how to stop it. If there is  a machine ones is defective , put a note saying “DO NOT TOUCH”

                 The Art of Making  Espresso

With hundreds of billions of cups consumed every year, coffee has become one of the most popular beverages in the world.
Are you a coffee drinker? Would you like to master the challenging art of brewing espresso? What  does it take to produce the perfect cup?
Espresso extraction is the most efficient- and difficult- of all coffee- brewing methods. Making perfect espresso requires a skillful balance of three key processes: grinding the beans(1), compacting the grinds into the filter basket on the coffee machine(2),  and poring the espresso shot(3). Grinding the beans correctly  is coucial, if the grind is to coarse, the espreso will be thin and watery. If it’s too fine, the coffee will taste bitter and burned. In both cases, when the esresso comes out of the spout, the crema- the golden forth on the surface of the fres espresso- will indicate how well the oils have been extarcted.
After grinding some beans use a packing tool  called tumper to compress them firmly into a filter basket, creating a smooth seemingly polished surface. Next locksthe filter basket into place and turns on the pump. ”Getting the perfect poor is often a case of trial and error”, until it can meet/rich the oozes from the filter spout with the consistincy of warm honey taste of espresso.
To be sure, relaxed conversation over a good brew- coffee or tea, depending on your taste- is one of life’s simple pleasure.”Tasty beverages bring people together”.
