FOOD FOR GROWTH
Food is something that has
always been and will continue to be a big part of our daily living as a human. During
the years of rapid growth, it is really important that each one of us should get
enough nutritious food to meet our increasing energy needs.
Besides of eating some of each of the seven basic foods
everyday. We may also need to eat certain extra amounts of energy-giving as rice,butter,fortified margarine,macaroni, ice cream and etc.
